Safety risks and warnings
Slacklining, longlining and highlining together with other outdoor activities are dangerous and present risk of serious injuries or fatalities. It is individual person’s responsibility to make sure he is properly equipped and trained to use the equipment for his own safety and the safety of others.
Please use your equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Make sure to inspect it regularly and maintained properly.

In no case shall Zerge Outdoor be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits and revenue or any similar damages, whether based in contract, strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any or product posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Prices
The prices listed on our website are shown in Euro. Packaging costs are included in the price however additional shipping costs may apply. All transactions are carried out in Euro.
Zerge Outdoor reserves the right to change their product prices without prior notice.
Payments and confirmation
Customers can choose from the following payment options: PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, American Express, Mastercard and Maestro Card. Zerge Outdoor reserves the right to exclude certain terms of payment.
Once an order or payment is accepted the customer will receive confirmation via email.
Cancellations
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 working days of receiving their goods. Zerge Outdoor require written notice of cancellation.
The purchased items must be returned in the state in which they have been received. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the full shipping cost. When returning an item always ask for proof of posting. We are not liable to any lost items posted back to us.
Once we confirm the item is in good condition we will refund you in full within 30 days of receiving the item.
Delivery
We are making every effort to dispatch and deliver orders on time. All goods are subject to availability. If we are not able to fulfill your order within the arranged timescales, we will contact you immediately to make further arrangements.
All quoted delivery times are estimates only and could change due to circumstances outside of our control.
Returns
In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged during transportation or not matching the description (or missing part) provided on our website, then you must provide us with description and proof (clear photograph) of the above mentioned within 7 working days of receipt. If we do not receive any such information, then we will consider the order being accepted as satisfactory.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order within the arranged timescale and we have not contacted you with regards to any changes please feel free to contact us and we will make every effort to find out what happened with your order.

We are doing our best to ensure that all images on our website illustrate the products as accurately as possible but we cannot always guarantee an exact colour match to the product as displayed on your screen.
The information provided on our website is regularly updated however occasionally misspelling or technical inaccuracy may occur. We aim to make corrections as soon as we notice those however we recommend you to contact us if the information provided is critical for your purchase making. The product information and technical specifications on our website are for guidance only.

For online purchases your payment details are entered through a security gateway and we do not have access to this data. Zerge Outdoor does not collect any bank card information.
